The map is meant to be created by a well-travelled Kenshi wanderer, so while the important locations and nations are all filled in, quite a few are left for you to discover- notably, ruins and secret locations. Not sure where you got the impression they don't. Description Changes the map to a lore-friendly political map, with custom names for each major Town / settlement. Mostly every lore bit from Kenshi is in the campaign but I heavily expanded on it to make a more interesting DnD campaign and make it fit with 5e, so thats why there is another continent and changed names. But that would be a pretty time consuming endeavour, and I have other projects that take up my time as well.Īlso, the cannibals most certainly do venture into the Purple Sands, it's not set as a no-go zone, and they even have squads set to specifically spawn there. (Made a world map for my campaign which is in a Kenshi setting. I fully plan accounting for the no-go zones in the future. If you build within the areas, you will get events from those factions. On an image with a several thousand pixel width, I'd say that's pretty good. J0 Kenshi - Faction Territory Map Territory is important when building your own base. It doesn't include the other raids they may be able to launch, as it would be too complicated to put that into a simple image, and in most cases the primary concern is only the taxman.ĭistance wise it is pretty accurate, I measured it in-game and came out within about a dozen pixels or so to where my map at been drawn. That map is a measurement of how far the various faction's primary "tax" raid will go to reach your base. Not sure what you mean by "precise interpretation" in this case. Unless it counts the shrieking bandits as cannibals. Also the cannibals don't go into the purple sands.
